We design, install and service air cooling systems for commercial and industrial buildings across Ghana. That covers new installations, planned maintenance, emergency call-outs when cooling fails, and energy audits for systems that cost too much to run.

What does the air cooling service cover?
- System design and installation: sized to your building and how it is used.
- Preventive maintenance: scheduled visits that catch faults before they cause downtime.
- Emergency servicing: rapid response when cooling fails.
- Energy efficiency audits: finding where a system is wasting power, and what to fix first.
What should you check before installing a cooling system?
Correct sizing does more for comfort and running cost than any other decision. Before quoting, we look at:
- Room size, ceiling height, glazing and sun exposure
- People, lighting and equipment, since each adds heat
- Whether the space is occupied by day or needs cooling around the clock, as server rooms do
- Humidity, dust and salt exposure at your location
- Access for maintenance, drainage and your electrical supply
How does maintenance reduce cooling costs?
Dirty filters and coils force a system to work harder. The US Department of Energy says routinely replacing or cleaning air filters can lower an air conditioner’s energy consumption by 5 to 15 percent, and recommends checking filters about monthly. In the Harmattan, when dust loads rise sharply, we check more often. See how often to change air filters in Ghana.
